What is your payment policy? Medical services are provided and billed by Restoration PT. Our providers participate in most all of the major health insurance plans in the region. Following are the health plans which we currently accept. If your plan is not listed, just give us a call. We can verify your network and benefits and we may be able to file claims on your behalf.
