Dave Bloom is the owner and founder of Restoration PT and has been in the practice of

Physical Therapy for 15 years, 6 of which have been here in his own privately owned practice. 

He specializes in Manual Therapy and is in the final stages of achieving certification from

The North American Institute of Orthopaedic Manual Therapy.  He received his Physical Therapy

Degree from the University of Colorado and has been in Texas for 15 years.  David has lectured

on treatment and training throughout Canada and the U.S. fore the last 12 years.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Staci Braden has been practicing Physical Therapy for 4 years

and has been the Athletic Trainer for the DFW Tornados Semipro Soccer Team for 3 years. 

Her most recent certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist has further

added to her knowledge on exercise prescription for athletes.  Staci attended Century College

for her Bachelors of Science and Southwest Texas State University for her Masters of Science

in Physical Therapy.  She has been in the DFW area for 4 years.

Donnie Rexroat is our resident PTA or Physical Therapy Assistant as well as a native Texan. 

He's been practicing Physical Therapy for over 10 years and has been a cheerleading coach

for over 11.  He has also been a licensed massage therapist for 13 years.  His most recent

certification is Kinesiotaping Practitionaer with the KPTA furthering his rehabilitation

experience.  Donnie attended Tarelton State Univserity for his Bachelors of Science and

Tarrant County College for his AAS in Physical Therapy Assistance.
