Dave Bloom

Dave Bloom is the owner and founder of Restoration Physical Therapy.  He has been practicing Physical Therapy for eighteen years, seven of which have been in private practice.

He is a certified manual therapist with the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.  He received his degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado in 1991. He was a lecturer for the Upledger Institute from 1993-1996.  Since that time he has lectured independently throughout Canada and the United states.

He lives in Colleyville, Texas with his wife Julie and their five boys Ben, Grant, Noah, Spencer, and Turner.  He sits on the board of THESA which is a home school youth sports association, and enjoys all manner of outdoor sports and recreation.

Staci Braden

Staci Braden has been practicing Physical Therapy since 2002 and has been the Athletic Trainer for the DFW Tornados Semipro Soccer Team since 2003.

She is currently pursuing a manual therapy certification through the National Institute of Orthopedic Manual Therapy.  Staci attended Centenary College for her Bachelors of Science (2000) and Southwest Texas State University for her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy (2002).

Staci resides in Keller with her husband Carter.  She enjoys traveling, and outdoor activities, especially half marathons.

Donnie Rexroat

Donnie Rexroat is our resident PTA or Physical Therapy Assistant as well as a native Texan. He's been practicing Physical Therapy for over 10 years and has been a cheerleading coach for over 11.

He has also been a licensed massage therapist for 13 years. His most recent certification is Kinesiotaping Practitionaer with the KPTA furthering his rehabilitation experience.

Donnie attended Tarelton State Univserity for his Bachelors of Science and Tarrant County College for his AAS in Physical Therapy Assistance.
